A friend gave me the book when i was about to become celibate for life after not being respected again! Its in the same vein as The Rules and Why Men Love Bitches but what I like is its also got NLP stuff and spiritual stuff in there too and rather than just vague talky womens power stuff it actually gives you exact techniques to use which i liked a lot. A good all round book – with clever tips and I did notice a big difference in the way men in my life started treating me – thank God! though Im still a work in progress
