bottom = the person that receives the penis in his anus
top = the person that puts his penis into the other person’s anus

I’m assuming you’re curious Kevin. I don’t know to many straight guys who intentionally go to gay websites and read descriptions. Lol. But anyhow, the other people answered your question. Bottom receives penetration, while the top gives it and receives oral.
Tops are active in anal and passive in oral; bottoms are obviously the reverse.
